For more than 30 years, TCCH has been a local healthcare option caring for pediatric to senior patients.

TCCH provides multiple healthcare services and specialties for a comprehensive team approach that is more convenient and cost effective for families and seniors.

Primary healthcare: dental, medical, and pharmacy services, infectious disease management, and care coordination.

Specialty healthcare: behavioral and mental health, diabetes, gynecology, lactation support, pediatrics, substance use disorder, and vision.

TCCH is available 24 hours a day, seven day a week. If you are sick and need to speak with a provider when clinical locations are closed, our answering service will assist in contacting the provider on call. If you have an acute or serious health issue, do not hesitate to seek assistants at a local emergency department.

TCCH is a non-profit, 501(c) 3 organization. As a FQHC, TCCH accepts Medicare, Medicaid HMO’s, Healthy Kids and most private insurances. Sliding fee discounts may be available for patients with limited resources. PHS Sec. 330 grant represents 14% of TCCH’s funding sources. Discrimination is Against the Law.
